Applications Engineer - Virginia Beach, VA
This
position will generate formal equipment and system estimates
and proposals. They will possess a basic understanding
of vacuum theory and pressure dynamics as it applies
to medical gas delivery systems. This position
will design vacuum systems, answer telephone inquiries
concerning equipment sizing and pricing and service
related topics, present technical talks, assist in the
technical training of customers and Busch personnel
and write technical articles and field advisories.
They will have the ability to understand and read architectural,
mechanical and electrical plans and specifications.
They will be CAD efficient to layout pipe line systems,
riser diagrams, equipment schematic details, elevations
and legends.
The
ideal candidate will possess a BS degree, 5-10 years
experience with mechanical and piping system vacuum
applications and the ability to understand and read
architectural, mechanical and electrical plans and specifications.
They will be competent in Microsoft Word, demonstrate
good oral and written communication skills, as well
as good technical and analytical skills. Other
